I've got the Mr. in on the act and we are getting lean, mean and healthy together in February!
I've got a few meal plans together to make it easy and we are on our way. He is even planning his eating at work! I love it.
Anyone else tried this or planning to try it?
I've got several friends who have tried this and report great weight loss and wellness success. I have done no sugar and no grains before but haven't given up the dairy too! Should be fun! Yes, fun...I love trying new recipes and ways of doing things to create a healthier lifestyle.
