Ok..so I've been missing a bit from the blog but for good reason. I was away having a more than FABULOUS time with my sistahs at a retreat. We were there from Friday thru Monday. Up late and only 3-4 hours of sleep each night and needless to say, I was exhausted. I think I am finally recovered and ready to get back on track.
I planned well for the weekend because there would be plenty of temptation. I had my Green Bean Chips, Plantain Chips, Dark Chocolate Covered Edamame and Dark Chocolate Covered Raisins in tow. Definitely saved me from snacking too much on the wrong foods. However, I still admit I had more to eat than usual over the weekend, although I did practice portion control. I had more items that I don't typically eat...like bread, cheese, potato and pasta salads. Now I am home and all snacks are out! As well as, all of those HIGH carb foods. Time to get serious again. I'm waiting to weigh in on this coming Monday. Fingers crossed that I didn't do too much damage. LOL!
