Baked Tilapia
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/8 tsp. dill
1 packet of spicy mustard (from a Chinese fast food store)
or substitute 1/4 tsp. spicy mustard
a sprinkling of seasoning salt
1 Tbsp. light mayo
4 oz. tilapia fillet
Sprinkle the fish fillet with seasoning salt.
Combine lemon pepper, dill, mustard and mayo.
Coat the fish with the mixture.
Bake at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes when poked with a fork.
If you don't have lemon pepper seasoning, you can substitute a bit of pepper and a tsp. of lemon juice.
Don't forget last week's soup recipe, Turkey Sausage and Lentil Soup. It's sure to warm you up.
Until next week, keep eating healthy!!!
Becca
