Walk and talk to lose weight!

Whenever you are on the phone walk around and get some exercise.  A body in motion stays in motion.  If you are like me, some days are filled with phone calls and this is a great way to keep yourself moving. Statistics show that staying in motion helps to lower your risk of heart attack.  So don't be a coach/chair potato when the phone rings.  Walk the talk!
