It's Recipe Wednesday - Rosemary Dijon Chicken

Each week, I'd like to make and share a new recipe. Whenever possible, I'll include a photo and the nutritional information.

This week's dish is one that's quick to put together and it's sure to quickly disappear.

Rosemary Dijon Chicken
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. rosemary leaves, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray or cover with foil.

In a bowl, combine mustard and garlic powder. Spread on chicken pieces. Lay pieces on the baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper and rosemary. Top with the cheese.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the chicken is done.
