Weighed and Measured! Let's Get Started!

It's time to get down to business.  Tomorrow is the big day.  We start the 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge!

You've got one more thing to do to make your start complete...well maybe two! Tomorrow morning I want you to:
  1. Weigh yourself and record your current weight.
  2. Measure yourself (bust, arms, waist, hips, thighs)  and record your measurements.

You need a realistic picture of what is before you and you need to be able to track your success.  During this challenge you should weigh yourself each week and measure yourself on the 1st of each month.  Recording your measurements is a great way, other than the scale to record your success.
