I definitely believe PLANNING is essential to achieving your goal and maintaining once you get there.
Here are a few tips to help you get started with planning your way to weight loss success:
- Plan Everything
- Take a few minutes on weekends to plan your menu and shopping list for the entire week.
- When possible cook and freeze meals on the weekend for the upcoming week.
- Buy snack-sized baggies and package snacks for single servings..instead of leaving them in the larger bags/packaging you purchased them in.
- Automate your eating by planning to eat the same foods for breakfast, lunch and snacks. It keeps it easy knowing what you will be eating. Alternate amongst several things to prevent boredom.
- Keep plenty of fruits and veggies around for easy, healthy snacking.
