It is essential for me to journal my eating each day, to lose weight and/or to maintain.
Often, this is the step many want to skip. However, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail! Planning helps you to take the thinking out of the day. Just do it! Journaling will also give you a clear picture of what you have been eating and allow you to change the plan to achieve your goal.
Today's plan is...
Breakfast: Strawberry, Cherry, Mango Smoothie
Lunch: Mixed greens with grilled chicken, feta, tomatoes, nuts and raisins.
Dinner: Black Beans, Brown Rice and Smoked Turkey
Snacks: Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips(whole grain), dark chocolate, nuts & raisins
Exercise: Gentle Stretching and Salsa Lessons
