What have you done for yourself today?

You won't fail if you're not perfect, you'll fail if you're not committed to improving yourself slightly each day. 

A weight loss journey can be challenging and many give up simply because they messed up at meal time.  No need to try to be perfect.  Accept the moment and move on.  Each moment presents an opportunity to do something good for yourself and start fresh.

So for today, no need to strive for perfection, just commit to improving a bit each day.
