Day 6 Reason to Believe: Weight Loss Doesn't Require Perfection...

...it requires perseverance!

Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be a little bit better today than you were yesterday. 

You can do it.  Slow and steady wins the race!  

And boy am I glad this is the case cause I just had a small handful of peanuts with plain M&Ms!  Just one and now...I'm back on track!
