
1 32 oz box Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 12.5 oz can Premium Chunk White Chicken - drained
1 16 oz pack of frozen vegetable melange (use mixed veggies of your choice)
Eat as is or season to taste. I use:
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning(sodium free)
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon into your favorite bowl and serve.
Makes 4-5 servings.

I just made it only I added egg noodles. It's very tasty and very affordable! Perfect for the first day of chilly weather.
