With fall upon us and cooler weather sure to arrive, this easy soup recipe is sure to please and to warm your tummy. I make this soup and have it for breakfast, often. It is a tasty, soothing treat.
1 32 oz box Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 12.5 oz can Premium Chunk White Chicken - drained
1 16 oz pack of frozen vegetable melange (use mixed veggies of your choice)
Eat as is or season to taste. I use:
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning(sodium free)
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon into your favorite bowl and serve.
Makes 4-5 servings.
