Weekly Weigh In
Many of you weigh in with me on the forum (now on Facebook). I've been away for awhile caring for my mother and hadn't been checking in(although, I continued my weekly weigh in, while away). Now I'm back and ready to share each Monday with you.
This week, I am again proud to say...I stayed the same! Woohoo! Although, I would like to drop around 10 lbs, staying the same is good!
I encourage you ALL to set a day and time each week, when you can weigh in, as well. This will keep you aware of how you are doing on a weekly basis. Daily weighing is nerve wrecking..at least it is for me. Weight fluctuates way too much for me to weigh daily...so I'll stick to once a week. However, you do what works BEST for you.
